☹ Update on Activity Changes and Personal Circumstances

Changes:
For the time being, I'll be releasing videos on an irregular basis, rather than twice a month as before. Released content will be either dance videos or short videos.
Explanation and Current Situation:
Lately, I've been experiencing significant instability in my physical and mental health, which has greatly impacted my creative process. Specifically:
1. Personal life changes:
I've recently undergone major shifts in my private life, coinciding with some distressing events. This is the same reason I suspended the dance videos last month. Adapting to these changes and recovering has been more challenging than anticipated, making it difficult to concentrate on creative work.
2. Fluctuations in mental state:
From the end of last month to the beginning of this month, I experienced a period of temporary elation and excessive activity. However, this was followed by a deep depression.
3. Current situation:
Particularly over the past week, I've been struggling with intense depression that has affected my daily functioning. I recognize the need for time to recuperate. I'm currently working with a healthcare provider to get additional support during this challenging period.
4. Impact on activity:
In these circumstances, pushing myself to produce content might compromise the quality and authenticity you've come to expect. There's also a risk of exacerbating the situation further.
Considering all of this, I've decided to temporarily reduce my output and prioritize my recovery. I believe this approach will ultimately allow me to bring you better work in the long run. Once I've regained my footing, I aim to return to my previous activity level or possibly explore new creative avenues. While I can't provide a specific timeline, I'll update you as soon as there's improvement. During this recovery period, I'll strive to release work sporadically as I'm able, to maintain our connection.
Lastly:
I deeply value the relationship we've built, and I'm committed to creating even better content in the future. I understand this news may be disappointing, and I appreciate your patience and understanding. I feel responsible for not being able to maintain my promised schedule, especially following last month's changes.

これらを考慮し、一時的に作品の制作ペースを落とし、回復に専念することにしました。長期的には、この方法がより良い作品を皆様にお届けすることにつながると信じています。体調が回復次第、以前の活動レベルに戻るか、新しい創作の方向性を探っていきたいと考えています。具体的な時期は未定ですが、状況が改善し次第お知らせいたします。回復期間中も、可能な範囲で不定期に作品を発表し、皆様とのつながりを維持していきたいと思います。
