Idk if you caught it but the Gold their crowns and gold their shrouds is referencing them having blond hair in birth and death meaning Cersei’s children won’t die old with grey hair but young and still blonde.

Lancel Lannister used to be king Robert's squire (that he used to treat badly and call him names), basically Cersei conspired with him to put something in Robert's wine before the boar hunt which made him slower and ultimately lead to his death, that's what he was hinting at when talking to her about the wine and the king.
