Thanks! As far as I know, they're just part of the Uravity character design. I speculate the idea was something like floatation devices in keeping with the character's supernatural quirk of localized gravity manipulation.
I'm gonna spend the rest of this evening wondering what those wrist things are for, but those are cool renders!
