🕑 Added 2025-11-13 09:00:09 +0000 UTCI have been having a headache these days and I was torn between fully immersing or not. It was just so lovely to be naked in the sun that that was already a win win.
I went in timidly, acclimatised a bit and went out to dry in the sun. But something was calling me again in the river, and I went back and immersed, this time with my head too. I felt relief, the cold running water taking away whatever I'm carrying. Blessed with the sunshine to dry again.
