-Improved fire breath

-Shadow Jumping - jump (move) between peoples shadows.
-Better police response to the player when in the shadow. Wanted star changes depending on being in the shadow and distance from the police.
-Shadow sink - appear from their shadow and sink the target into the shadow.
-Shadow kill - appear from their shadow and kill the target into the shadow.
