Originally I had an idea to try doing a few different doodles of Peach with gags drawn heavily from photo refs, but none of my attempts really worked out - I just couldn't get her super-stylized look to mix right with real life. One scrap can be seen here, in an earlier WIP thread. In the end I just went with something simpler and I like this much better! I'd still like to try my original idea again with a different character, though.
