You should get anti-biotics anyway before the possible infection gets worse. I get some even if it’s mild because if it gets worse it just causes awful disruptions in my life.

That sucks man. Been in that boat couple times, seem like if I do get sick/hurt its never just one thing but a combo. Wishing speedy recovery, I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago and remember sleeping was the worst part.
