🕑 Added 2024-03-21 12:18:07 +0000 UTCHey all! I got into the studio yesterday for a half an hour and I was able to record 7 videos. ๐ฅณ Here's one with lots of reaching in various ways for 3 min. Download from Vimeo.
My arms felt like trash after that so I stuffed them back into my arm prisons. ๐ฅน
Happy to say the arms are feeling better every day so as long as I keep up with bracing and stretching and my routine of anti-inflammatories I should be back to 100% in a few weeks. Frustrating but ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ I did do it to myself!
Reminder to stretch and rest regularly because if you don't your body will make you. ๐ For lots of helpful tips about dealing with RSI check out the RSI archive on Mind Body Artist.
ICYMI The Handy Hand Books came back in stock on Tuesday and more than half the inventory has already sold. ๐ฌ I have underestimated the need for HANDS. ๐คฃ There's 16 left if you wanna grab one.
