i have seen other creators like yeougui that do it all the time and it seems to work just fine, if you want to be ultra secure about it and not want the hosters be able to look into it, lock it in a split 7-zip archive with a password that you will put on your subscriber card, it might be a bit of a hassle for your subs but a darn safe way to upload

i think that the general rule is, if you're japanase then no you can't it's illegal, but if you're in a different country, if you put it behind a Mega link or something you will be fine.
