When I was learning about my biological parents and coming out of the adoption "fog" as it is often called, I read a lot about epigenetics. Basically the concept that generational trauma is carried through our DNA. It's fascinating.

I really enjoyed rewatching this with you! Honestly, I can see why it wasn’t a super successful show. It took SO LONG to come together, I can see audiences getting frustrated. Makes it really interesting to rewatch, though :)

Love your reaction as always. The fart joke goes back to the Greek myth of Hermes stealing 50 of Apollo's cattle as a little baby. When Apollo captured him and questioned his guilt, Hermes let out a big fart, causing the gods to laugh and accept him as one of them.
