I can connect Lestat to Hannibal very quickly. Think of Hannibal’s eyes welling as he was moved by the soprano’s singing, and think of Louis’s voice saying, “Music pierced his damned soul.”

love the talk Hannibal had with his patient about loneliness, cut to Will missing his appointment causing Hannibal to drive over an hour to come find him. Our guy wants companionship real bad. I've also seen a lot of ppl relate Hannibal to either Lestat or Armand! i dont know if i see it, but i think Hannibal and Armand would have a crazy time playing mindgames with each other haha

I find it very amusing that you keep saying you don't want to like Hannibal, but you seem to have a thing for the bad boys. 🤣 The show tried to be a procedural for a hot minute but then they were like nah, and that's when things got awesome.

Even in the earlier eps the themes all relate back to the characters in the show and the overarching plot, but it definitely gets less procedural and more weird from here on out. For a lot of people S2 is the best season, but S3 is also really great just has a different feel to it.
