Am I missing something? This hand seems really slow for a possible Tashas Hideous laughter turn 3.

As some of you have already said, it's a keep. We have turn 1 Scales into a Zabaz and Stirrings for a possible Saga or Cauldron turn 2. Echoing Deeps is also great against Mill if they mill a Saga and if we flood, we can even play TOR to get protection from Hedron Crab and Archive Trap and draw some cards to combo-kill them.
