🕑 Added 2025-02-16 18:20:52 +0000 UTCBefore we get to the episode, here are some clippings from arguably the first bout advertised as a 'junior featherweight title' bout all the way back in 1922, between bantamweight great Joe Lynch and the soon-to-be first 'champion' of the division, Jack Wolfe.
The title was not widely recognised and soon faded into obscurity. Luckily for us fight fans it would re-emerge in the 1970s and gift us many of the greatest boxing matches of all time! Five of which you will hear about in the soon-to-be recorded episode!
