As most of you must know by now, my mental health ebbs and wanes like a reed in the wind depending on the circumstances, which have been bad most of the year. I'm sure at least half the population can easily relate. The reason I am so often late to deliver new episodes is because I take on as many paying gigs as possible to keep things afloat. I was only half-joking all this time about moving into a van, and I may be putting my home on the market in January.
The Good News
As soon as my lottery numbers come in, I'm quitting everything else and doing the show full time. There will be a new episode this weekend. A disaster two-fer (plane and elevator), commerical free, and 10 minutes extra insane detail that no one else will have access too. Tell your rich friends and any well-to-do relatives. I am very happy to rename the show in their honour.
Also, I always thank you for your support, but more than the financial consideration, it almost feels like fellowship. You notice me waning and you encourage me and pick me back up. That is worth more to me than anything else, so again, thank you all.
OH! And send me your addresses. I want to send you thank you's, and prison weapons, and barf bags. It's better than it sounds. It also helps me to know where you're all listening from.

Hey Mr Kazoo, in the past my overthinking has caused many a teacher to pull their hair out (figuratively of course). And sometimes I can’t get out of bed because of it. But I’m learning to change that habit. Just the other day I stopped a crazy thought after only a few seconds. I just simply banished it from my brain. Anyway, you are not alone. I’m also close to living in a van…with 2 cats. I’ve made a mess of things because of mental health. But in some weird way I’m okay with things now. I don’t mind the thought of being on the road. As long as there’s wifi and I can listen to your podcast.
