It shows a young girl, surprised by a lion she encountered on safari, running away while changing into into a Thomson gazelle(full animal TF). After escaping from the lion, she has completed her transformation and forgotten that she was a girl. Finally, as if she had returned, she found a herd of gazelles, eating grass because she was hungry after running.

サファリで遭遇したライオンに驚いた女の子が、トムソンガゼルに変化(動物化)しながら逃げている絵です。ライオンから逃げきった後には変身が完了して、自分が人間であったことも忘れてしまっています。最後には帰って来たかのようにガゼルの群れを見つけ、走ってお腹が減ったので草を食べています。

Good full change. But I think, even if her remembers something from her human life, it would be better to live in herd.

Wonderful work! I love how she mentally changes to think she was always a gazelle after transforming and graze with the other gazelle! Your gazelle TF is just as cute as your deer TF! Amazing job!
