Nah, you can xd, patreon is responsible and take measures to work with paypal without problems, even if it has nsfw content.

Using paypal for nsfw patreon pages are an exception to that rule as long Patreon is following their own ToS :)

It's nice to know it wasn't just me. Mine worked after retrying half a dozen times. I had plenty of money in the bank and my card works fine. I don't know what's going on.

Blitz, PayPal doesn’t allow nsfw content makers so they will be blocked. It’s also card dependent as my main card for patreon kept declining the transaction but my secondary (which both are issued by same bank) worked
