There are quite a number of busts in the files that aren't accessible in-game. Weoften get extra variants done "just in case" or for planned future content. Careful not to spoil yourself or others :P

so here is a question for anyone reading this... when i dig through the games image files i find a lot of alternate images that i have never seen in game. have i just not found them yet.... are there some that just arent used in game? anybody know?

Pretty much since the first few months of the game! Write something that works, isn't a blacklisted fetish, and can pass grammatical/game logic/coding review, and it can make it in. That's how I got started! There are a few guides on the CoC2 forums, and the Discords are pretty full of people happy to offer suggestions too.
