Can't seem to do the Tea quest. Gianna has nothing to say and I have no idea where to go to find the tea. There's no "This is as far as the quest goes" disclaimer in the quest log so I am very confused

Gotta go to Glacial Rift and there is a new square near where Gweyr is or was. If you go to the new square there you'll encounter the new character.

Where do I find this new character? I wandered around the Rift for a while but never found anyone. Did I miss something?

As the Questlog says, you have to talk to Gianna, the Leader of the Merchant Caravan, which is a random encounter in the Foothills and Harvest Valley

we only just had that, Calise-Quest in the last Patch was part of the Main Story

Love to see new Kas content, even if it’s just a little extra. I was curious, is there anything you could tell us about when we might possibly see a continuation of the main story quest? I’m itching to see how it’ll play out
