Updating the game doesn't erase saves. If you're playing in browser, something is deleting your cookies. On mobile, you need to install the newer update BEFORE deleting the older version. Also, save to file exists!

It's under the Backer Builds tab. That said, DM me your Fenoxo blog account name and email address and I'll see what I can do on our end.

Clicked on the link to the most up to date version under my membership tab and it just loads 0.3.11

I disconnected and reconnected my patreon, made sure there wasn't one connected to TiTS, and still no luck.

Try relinking it -- and make sure you use the CoC2 button and not the TiTS one.

I can't seem to access the backer build and am not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have my patreon account linked to my Fenoxo account and everything, but none of the new content is showing up. Any help would be appreciated.

I had to update my steam game settings, and it downloaded the new version. Right click on the game in your library, properties, betas, select the beta you would like to opt into, backer.
