Like the other replies say, you need to make a fenoxo.com account and then link it with your patreon. After that there will be a "backer builds" tab that will contain the backer web and download links.

Make sure you're using the link on the "Backer Builds" tab and not the "Play" tab. The Play tab is only the Public build.

I recently nabbed the Adventuring Champion tier, 'coz I was kinda curious and - to be honest - felt a bit bad after playing your games for free for so long. I don't seem to have unlocked any Backer updates, though. Do I need to wait until the next month when I get charged again, or...?
