You wait until it's implemented. Then, max out Arona's Submission meter (either lose or win to her a bunch consecutively). Once it's maxed out, Arona will offer you the quest.

I'm not sure if it's just me but CoC 2 isn't working, I click on play in windows then the games main screen comes up and it sits there never loading I've tried it on my laptop and cellphone but none work the longest I've let it sit and try to load is 45 mins.
