I couldn’t believe what I was hearing as I walked past my sister’s room. My jaw dropped in disbelief as I heard this story. She had always seemed like a sweet girl, but then suddenly, she grabbed her own father’s testicles?
It wasn’t long after that conversation that I got really turned on thinking about having my balls squeezed... I couldn’t get the thoughts out of my head, especially regarding sister, Karla. I wanted to see how much it would hurt and the thought of someone in my family doing that blew my mind!

But then one day, things took an unexpected turn. While we are on our way to Europe for vacation, our flights ended up getting delayed over night for bad weather, and we had to stay in a small hotel for the night.
The hotel only had room for two beds, and Britney and I were sharing one of them... When the lights went out at 10:30pm, the room was pitch black, and I couldn’t see anything, but I knew Karla was in bed with me.
I went to roll over and accidentally smacked her with my hand.
“Shit!” I heard her whisper, “be careful, idiot!”
Then out if nowhere, she swung her hand up between my legs and caught me in the balls.
“Ow!” I yelled out in surprise. “You hit my nuts!”
She giggled. “Sorry... But hey, now you know to be careful!”
That night I couldn’t sleep. Every time I rolled over and felt her right next to me, I felt her hand move against my leg and It was driving me crazy. Then... I had an idea.
Karla was fully asleep, and her hand was still right next to me, so I took a deep breath, and took my chance, dragging my balls out from the fly of my pajamas.
I quietly whispered into her ear, “I’m going to have to go to the bathroom.”
She didn’t answer back, so I knew she was sleeping for sure, and I drifted her hand between my legs, and I could feel the heat of her palm against my balls.
“Uhhnn,” I groaned softly as I felt her fingers touch me, then I tried to close her hand around my testicles manually, but before I could, she suddenly squeezed down hard on my balls!
I almost let out a yell as the pain washed over me. My whole body tensed up, and I couldn’t control my legs. They just kept kicking toward the wall behind me. My balls ached and I could feel them pulsate painfully.
Finally, I stopped my legs from kicking and I tried to slow my breathing for a second, trying desperately to keep quiet so I wouldn’t wake her up.
As my body relaxed, I felt Karla’s hand release my balls and then I put her hand back next to my leg.
“Oooh... fuck...” I moan softly as I take in how badly that just hurt.
I could hear her snoring lightly, and I lay there in silence, waiting for the burning feeling in my balls to subside.
When I finally calmed down enough, I reached for her hand again, and this time, I was prepared for the pain. I waited until I saw her arm move, and then I grabbed her wrist and held her hand down against my tender balls.
I closed my eyes and breathed deeply, and I felt her hand once again gently press down onto my balls. It hurt worse than before, and I grunted and groaned in pain. I could feel her hand tighten slightly, and then loosen, and then tighten again.
I gritted my teeth and, as the pain grew and grew, my hips started moving slowly from side to side. I felt her hand crushing down harder on my balls, and then I could feel her fingers dig into the flesh of my scrotum as she compressed my balls.
My mind went blank, and all I felt was intense pain.
“Oh god... my balls... my fucking balls...” I whimper as quietly as I could.
I couldn’t believe I was actually doing this, but somehow, I found myself wanting more and more while the pleasure built up. Then, without warning, I got my wish and her grip tightening like a vice around my throbbing balls. I could feel it pinch and pull at the skin of my ball sack, and it felt like she was trying to rip my nuts off.
I groaned loudly and tried not to scream, as her hand squeezed my jewels so hard I thought I was going to die… I felt like my balls were about to explode!
“Fuuuuck,” I growled in agony as I clenched my teeth together and ground my hips up into the mattress. I could feel my balls pulse in her hand as she squeezed them. I tried to pull away, but she had them firmly, so I couldn’t escape her grasp.
This was too much for me. I felt like my head was spinning, and everything was blurry.
I felt like throwing up, as the agony moved into my stomach and formed a knot. I bit my lip and held my breath and endured the pain.
After what seemed like forever, I felt her hand finally release me. I let out a gasp of relief, and my body fell limp. I opened my eyes to find her staring at me.
“W-what?” I stuttered in shock. Did she just wake up? Does she know what happened?
“Move over, you’re hogging the bed,” she said before swinging her fist up and slamming it into my hypersensitive and swollen testicles.
I screamed out in pain as my whole body tensed up, and I could feel my balls jump up into my body as the pain coursed through me.
“Ow, FUCK!” I cried out. “My balls, my balls, my balls, my balls!”
Karla laughed and playfully slapped me on my shoulder. “Shut up and go to sleep. I hardly even hit them. Get over it.”
I let out a frustrated sigh and laid back down in the dark, cradling my aching balls and as the pain slowly eased, I easily realized.
I loved having my balls squeezed. But holy fuck, it hurt so much!

I’ve got to try that with my wife. I have positioned myself in a way where her knee is aimed at my groin and that’s resulted in me waking up to a knee to the balls when she’s suddenly moved in her sleep.
