I can see, why this app apeals to kids (or people in general). But anyone who wants to use it should ask themselves, how they think it is, that they're able to sell products so cheap.

Omg with the goddamn Temu. I got into a major thing with my kid this week bc she downloaded the app and kept sending me automated texts from the app telling me to download the app so she could get the huge discounts and cash back shit. She already knows that I hate SHEIN and Wish and all the fast fashion vendors bc they are unethical and unsustainable (yeah I am an almond mom 😅), and she was soooo cranky that I was refusing to let her buy anything from Temu and that I wasn’t going to help her in her little scheme to get the huge cash back mess. Part of it also for me is that she is too young to get that kind of money without actually doing something to earn it. Like I’ll give her $50 to just do some stinking chores. Anyway, time to go yell at some kids to get off my lawn
