So in this podcast, I was being quite vulnerable and real about things I deal with. You will probably learn a lot about me in this one, personal issues, overcoming certain deficits and having anxiety flare-ups. So if you don't have time for all of my bullshit, maybe skip this one? 😊
I think the reality and rawness are something I always try to monitor and reduce exposure of, but I think it's extremely useful for personal progress for me to share this with you and hang out - it was fun after all!

ahh so many thoughts n feelings, the greatest of which being that you’re so real ! n im so glad you felt comfy enough to share this with us. pls know that you’re very much in good company, very very relatable from the social anxiety, to university, and trying to understand n analyze ur upbringing or the lack of doing so maybe idk ??? but this almost felt like therapy for me n i needed that. also loved you talking to all the animals n insects 🥰
