changes some places in starloop tower to some animated NSFW stuff

upd: little fix for lowVram. 2 places was not animated. (sorry...) just replace animatedtower.ini with new one.
upd2: fix for 1.6. delete file "animatedtower.ini" in mod's folder and put animatedtower16.ini instead.

I'm not afraid of long work, I just want someone to find a way to optimize the replacement of static textures with animation. I'm too stupid to do something like that =(

I'm not a smart programmer, so everything has to be done by hard work. I hope that in the future a way will be found to optimize the replacement of textures in the game with animations, because this mod alone cost me ~150 GB of free disk space, filled with production garbage... =(
