The end time period is the late 70s when it no longer was about growing up and chasing your rivals in the neighborhood and getting beaten up. To get put in the gang the first thing that little kid had to do was do a drive-by.

Thank You for this reaction. A little back story this Movie is based on True Events there were a couple of scenes that weren’t accurate and people were actually killed behind it.
