Yes, Macaulay Culkin was a very good child actor. Probably the best child actor of his time.

Merry Christmas Eve!!! This movie is the quintessential christmas movie. Rewatching this movie as an adult i’ve come to the realization that Kevin’s family was trash & treated him like garbage. I watched this movie & the sequel about a week ago during my holiday movie binge watch this month. That hat is fire. Macaulay Culkin was prime real estate as far as child actors of the early 90s. Its a shame what haulted his career (i would highly suggest looking into it because it has to do with his dad considering this movie is slightly hinged on mid parenting). But his life has turned around for the better now as he has recently received his star on the walk of fame in Hollywood and is married with 2 children now with actress Brenda Song who was a Disney/child star herself.
