I really enjoy ideas in this one. Tenuous fun fact: This does extremely mildly connect to a Classic Who story. When The Doctor casually drops in that the minotaur is a distant relative of the Nimon. A 70's two part story. Classic Who was renowned for some pretty hilarious costumes. This one was no exception. Close your eyes and try to picture something like a velvet black bodysuit. Perhaps a giant papier-mâché bulls head with disproportionate gold coned horns. And because it was the 70's, clobbering unthreateningly along in oversized platform shoes. 🤣 Ok.... The only thing that really irks me about the Amy and Rory relationship portrayal, is the play for laughs suggestions of domestic violence. Now I honestly don't believe that Rory is in any real threat from Amy. But that's not really the point. It's honestly an unhealthy trait to be drawing gags from, and honestly very hypocritical. As we all know, in reverse we wouldn't be laughing at this. I'm mildly disappointed that this doesn't get called out more, and is indicative of what is acceptable in media. It adds nothing of any value to their on screen dynamics. It doesn't reflect well on Amy either.

Few episodes ago he found out about his death when he d/l it from the the Robot person in let's kill H... - So I always assumed it was that current Dr, now knowing of the event to come, and after what happened in this episode he's decided now was the time to separate while they were still alive. But yeah I like this episode and many people say that Rita would have made a good companion like you did as well!
