me too!!!! i started off terrified by her (and i still am a little bit) but i'm so fascinated too

Ubel is almost a perfect counter to the modern era of magic. go back before the basic defence magic was developed in response to zoltraak, and she cant imagine cutting mana and so most defense would beat her. But in the modern era where physical material is used alongside magic? rock, ice, cloth or hair, anything physical can be cut. So shes an outstanding mage for her generation. I'll be interested to see what happens with her.
