Fun stupid theory that totally isn't true of mine is the reason we see the dream Lords at the end is because we're still in a dream!! Nothing from this point on is real, which helps explains any plot holes lol

I like that Matt is a lot harsher sometimes because heβs also a lot goofier. So when he gets mad or sad it hits a lot harder, without them you just have a child flying the tardisπ€£

The Dream Lord reminds me and many fans of a classic one-off foe from the 6th Doctor era, 'The Ultimate Foe', so to speak, not that this villain is actually called that, and he is a bigger threat than the Master, but he is possibly the Doctor's most powerful and dangerous foe. He-hee. The Dream Lord may, in fact, be a variant of that same villain, and this return is long, long overdue now.
