ahhh see i'm not good with time periods but once you said ancient roman times that definitely makes sense

I also like how Flamme and Frieren in the past are in like ancient Roman times while the current show takes place in some sort of medieval period... because well those flashbacks were like 1000 years ago lol

what an absolute badass, I also really like the subversion of the show of thinking there will be a huge battle between Aura and Frieren, when the episode is a flashback on Frieren's tragic life and why this is no contest at all
