I just researched it and to my knowledge/understanding you have to watch until episode 3:10 "Blink" of Dr. Who, after this the whole first season of Thorchwood and then you can continue with/from 3:11 "Utopia" of Dr. Who again.

I think it's episode 11 of DW series 3 rather than episode 10 so still plenty of time to finish this season x)
