what's fun about the first part of the episode is that bobby lee and david choe both did the same weird thing where they claimed they committed sex crimes and then said they were fake stories when people got mad

Definitely my favourite advice episode. Would really like to see more where, yes you answer questions, but have a small segment were you go deep into a topic. Like here you went all in on the subject of confidence and had a real heart to heart talk.

Nick's whole discussion on forfeiting control is actually how I overcame my emetophobia, swag. Mostly through being unwell for a few months and puking randomly made me separate actual nausea (uncomfortable but brief) and nausea I built up in my head (endless and terrible)
