As someone who has worked part time at a shoe store (journeys) they often times expect you to work like you’re a fucking car salesman when you’re actually making 9.50 an hour. Doc martens almost certainly pays more and journeys didn’t give part timers commission but still, their manager was probably on their dick about making sales, selling accessories, etc, or they’re trying to set an example for new employees or something. (Ps I know this ep is old as FUCK but I just got the patreon and am enjoying it a lot, love the content boys <3)
