I had a similar basketball experience. Though I probably sucked a lot more than you Aiden. That experience completely drained the competitive spirit out of my body. 12 hours every Saturday all winter 5 years straight just getting demolished. (We should have been in a lower division than we were but I didn't understand that at the time) I think my brain chemistry kind of changed to not feel bad when you lose as a way of coping with trying so hard and never seeing success.

this is the first advice show I've watched and I feel its fitting (for me personally) that it was only Aiden, he's always seemed like a very emotionally in tune person. obviously I've heard stories on the pod and could gather as much but still, its made me wonder what a meaningful conversation with him would be like! It was sweet to just hear him "ramble" and maneuver through his thoughts in a similar fashion to my own:)
