We aren't that far from being able to make a tiny thing that has the calories and flavour of a bigmac. We're just not pursuing it because there is no demand. It's super easy. Calories do not have to be large. Calories can be insignificant if we extract them like we do with chemicals. You can easily get something that is incredibly caloricly dense. All calories are is energy, so it has a finite limit on how tiny it can be, but that's still microscopic. I would guarantee current tech could make a 1000 calorie pill the size of a typical ibuprofen. We just don't because who the fuck wants that.

my roommate bought a new Rav4 in 2018, and honestly it's one of the best cars my poor ass has ever been in. It handles like a beaut, though a little top heavy, it has a sport mode and you can really throw her around. But she also gets almost fucking 40 mpg. It's honestly a fucking phenomenal car.
