Had to listen through the ending twice to examine the arguments. I think Aiden is so wrong it's amazing. He says as part of his definition that the shitting has to be done in an inappropriate place. But goes on to pose the hypothetical that with Ludwigs definition Ludwig would be able to argue with the walmart employees that his shitting was ethical because it is not touching him/his clothing. Aiden... he would be shitting in an inappropriate place. Even if he is not shitting HIMSELF he would still be escorted out of the walmart. Looking at the comments it seems everyone is in agreement that Nick/Aiden is wrong here. Democracy wins. Elections belong to the people.
