You nailed it. I have a hard time prescribing it sometimes because there will be times where there’s low supply. Most recently that occurred earlier this year around springtime. I prescribe it exactly for type 2 diabetes and obesity. Some patients have excellent results (one is down nearly 30 lbs in just 3 months), but others may not have much of an effect.

I will also say in regards to Lud's mom not losing a lot of weight; they usually up the dosage VERY SLOWLY to avoid making your tummy upset all the time. She's probably still on a lower dose and they'll ramp it up over another six months.

Former HVAC apprentice(quit after 6 months for a more fun job because I have soft hands I guess) and as far as ducts you can sneak through slime is right where most of the time you’ll be working with the insulated tube ducts. It’s way easier to work with. the square metal stuff that you see in the movies is still used sometimes, but you would never have a run large enough to actually crawl through. If you did it would likely be just a small section close to the unit, with smaller runs you can’t fit in that branch off and actually go to the rooms. If you think about how a building is built and consider the limited room you have to install utilities (in between walls for plumbing and electrical, and in the spaces between ceilings and floors for HVAC) you’ll realize that unfortunately very few buildings have the real estate for duct based espionage to be viable, although I do agree that the 4’7 president makes our odds a little bit better if we choose to pursue that option.

Nick started off right about Ozempic with the first word. It does inhibit. It inhibits the brain from wanting to eat. It's not that it makes you full. It works for addiction in this way. Makes your brain less interested in what you're addicted to, for fat people that's usually food. Then the brain stops associating the good brain chemical with the addictive thing. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I've been on and off different variations of ozempic since 2019. This new one they're putting me on could get me almost completely off of insulin for the first time in 25 years which could be really neat. I paused the video so I don't even know where this conversation goes I just wanted to throw some info out there because everyone just thinks it's a make you feel full drug. And while the symptoms of taking it are usually unpleasant gastric symptoms, that's not why or how it's working and I think it's interesting. Anywho. Thanks for reading if you did!

ozempic is primarily a diabetic medication but is prescribed off-label for weight loss. It's main effects though are to negate the symptoms of diabetes; changing insulin and glucose production and hormones that affect how full you feel and how fast you digest food. It is not designed to make you lose weight, though that can be a side effect. It is a super bummer though that celebs have made it main stream knowledge that ozempic is effective for "easy" weight loss for anybody (including average bodied people who want it for cosmetic reasons) because there are now supply issues for the drug and people who use it for diabetes are having a harder time getting it despite the claims being inaccurate, simply put. ik y'all are joking about it but I feel like there isn't enough awareness around the drug and the effects that are happening as a result of cosmetic, non-essential, use of the drug. It really is more important for diabetics to be able to acquire their medication than getting your waistline snatched pharmaceutically also super excited for cinna to come on, thanks slime :)
