The talk about eugenics was actually really interesting. If they get rid of the advice show, I really hope it gets succeeded by something that provokes similar topics that are obviously funny (as every ep is) but still inspire more serious topics.

As someone who grew up in the Bible Belt™️ and worked in ministry for close to the entirety of my life up til a few years ago, it was hilarious seeing that the volunteer sound kid dynamic is still alive and well in the church. Kudos to that guy for being honest about his feelings too. More self-aware than any of the guys I worked with that made Sound Guy their whole personality.

Just want to say, as an Icelandic person, that there are people with Down’s syndrome in this country. I think Aiden said it as a joke but in case people misunderstood that I want to clarify: we are not exterminating all fetuses with downs. Also on the debate of aborting fetuses that are diagnosed with downs, some mothers (or parents) are simply not ready for the task since it requires (in most cases) basically becoming a full time caretaker and can be very expensive and take a toll on the family as a whole. But that is not to say that all fetuses with downs should be aborted! It is a personal choice and should remain that way (IMO)

I come from a country of Orthodox Christians, but I don't really practice anymore, just went to church when I was little so take this with a grain of salt. The main difference belief wise I can see is that Orthodox view God as the Top G while Catholics view Jesus as the Top G, other than that i think the bibles are mostly the same with new and old testaments, and then there's minor stuff like you don't have seats in church, you either stand or keel depending on the service, the Easter date is slightly different (1 week - 1 month difference) and when we do the cross it's different, also stuff like weddings and baptisms are different (if you saw the video of the priest dumping a baby in a cauldron of water that was from an orthodox church)
