They sell caffeine pills at CVS/Walgreens that are 200 mg each. They are marketed for helping people stay awake at the wheel if I remember right. Cheaper than Adderall and nicotine and no teeth side effects as far as I am aware.

For monster teeth guy, my dentist told me once to alternate sips of water along with energy drinks/pop because it supposedly washes off the acid. The straw advice is good too. Basically just minimize the amount of time the acid sits on your teeth.
