Dr. Sam is great. Very funny. First question hit hard. My grandfather had Alzheimer’s and my dad and I had a heart to heart about it this morning. Thanks for the advice. It’s really a thing you have to learn understanding and acceptance within yourself. Love someone today, y’all.

Losing a grandmother on the 17th the first one really hit hard since I often try to distance myself from any family passings to get away from the feeling of it but I was the one staying with her so there was someone with her in her house so having to deal with issues that would became overwhelming and dealing with all that was rough. 🧡 take care out there people
