Idk about this, I’ve been naturally really thin my whole life and one day during COVID I decided I was gonna try and bulk up and creatine helped a lot I gained around 25 pounds of muscle and I think creatine had to do with a lot of it and ps ( I had to eat around 4500-5000 cals a day to do it) and this took me 1 full of strict working out
