Yard Postcard Update - September 4, 2023

Hey guys. To be totally transparent, the deadline of having everything sent by the end of August has been missed. HOWEVER, cards are finally packed or in the process of being packed, and are being dropped off to be shipped from California in the coming days.
- 9/2 May 2023 cards were shipped out - on the way!
- 9/5 June 2023 cards are shipping
- 9/7 July 2023 cards are shipping
- 9/22 April 2023 & August 2023 cards are shipping
- 9/29 September 2023 cards are shipping, January-March 2023 resends are shipping
- 9/30 August 2022 & September 2022 cards
As some people may know already, October 2022 through March 2023 cards had been sent from Arizona, and unfortunately across 3 different post offices these cards were either significantly delayed in their delivery or never arrived at all. We have adjusted all cards to be packaged and sent out from California again, which should rectify this problem. All old cards prior to October 2022 were sent from CA and we never experienced any issues with delivery, so we're hoping this change solves the problem.
Since January , February, and March were sent months ago and still have not arrived, we will now be repacking and resending all three of these months.
I know this is probably incredibly frustrating, and I promise it's frustrating for us as well watching 1000s of dollars be pissed away into the ether because of some AZ post offices we used. We are going to make sure you still get these. We hired an additional two staff to help deal with this in early August to make sure this is all held to.
REFUNDS
Given the missed deadline, as mentioned in the previous post, anyone who wishes to receive a refund is entitled to it - and you will still receive your cards that are owed. Please message our Patreon and provide your PayPal email (or Zelle if PayPal is not available) for your refund.

I'd love to see a way to still get an auto from one of the boys on at least one of the postcards each year. Obviously, that is a huge undertaking, and I've read why that had to be stopped, but this tier was valuable to me when I first subscribed because the personalization from the guys felt like more than just a piece of mail.

Obviously there have been an incredible amount of set backs but with the new staff assisting this is going smoothly now, there's no point in axing the entire program just because of mismanagement that has been remedied, especially given we're offering refunds to anyone who wants them - Aiden
