Luds just wrong about fat guy calves lmao. Fat guys have really strong lower bodies if they are still a somewhat active as you would expect. The reason the calves stand out more than like the thighs is because the thighs still have a good amount of fat. For most people to start storing fat in their calves they have to be incredibly fat so if they arent they just have toned calves.

My way I learned how to lucid dream was to make a habit of pushing my thumb into the palm of my opposite maybe once every couple hours while awake, that way it became a habit and my dream self would do it. When I was dreaming, my thumb would go through my other hand and that would tell me I was dreaming and it would become lucid.
