the third question reminds me a lot of two of my friends who were in the same boat, together since middle school, up until college, and most everyone thought they were going to stay together. Lo and behold second year into college and the girl decided to cut it off. Early 20s is still such a fluid time in life, even if you think you know you don't. Talk to your partner, talk to yourself. and ye.

Just an FYI, men will also have a pretty severe decrease in fertility in their mid to late-30s (something like 50%), and children of older men are more likely to have health issues (disabilities, mental health issues, etc). So although the door doesn't close as sharply for men, there's also a bit of a window, we just tend to only talk about women's.
