Hey, I know they were saying Kush as a joke to help with the twitch. But that has been proven in clinical trails to help with compulsory physical tics. In studies of nerve spasms and Parkinson's, and personally I have a lot of nerve pain and muscle spasms due to a compound fracture in my lower spine and even very low amount of Marijuana really helps with my muscle spasms/nerve pain. Maybe just something to think about.

If its 24hrs before you need half a gallon of pure cranberry juice and electrolytes but i wouldnt rely just on cranberry juice for 24hrs beforehand. I would add one of those detox methods they were talking about. If its within the week drink like 24ounces or more a day with electrolytes and check with an at home test. those tests arent the most reliable so keep testing even if it says negative. again pure cranberry juice and not cranberry cocktail.
