I like videos personally but honestly either way is fine for me as I watch the podcasts 50/50 Video/Audio. I guess it’s nice to have the option? But I totally get it where it’s also funny to imagine what’s going down.

*19yr male* I had the same problem as person two when it came to sleeping. I work full time and have to wake up at 6am and i would get to bed at 9pm but fall asleep at around 11pm. my fix was getting an interesting book that I would want to read and think about throughout the day (LOtR for me) and start reading at 830pm and by 9 to 930pm im out. Books feelsgoodman

I don't mind if the format is audio or video, I liked the call-ins especially how you guys were able to get to the bottom to the issues and clarifying things. I think these would be good as a 'special' event, not all the time because I also like the other format as well.

keep the video, but dont do calls - video is fine and great and better for some people, but the calls narrow down the advice to one person's exact situation, which obviously helps them better, but sort of detracts from the advice to a larger audience, plus its funny when you guys try and decipher the question.

really liked clarity call ins brings and that you can really ask questions, and video is cool. Don't necessarily need it every week but hope you do another one like this in future.

Personally for me video is better , i find myself being unable to focus when its only audio and i keep having to rewind because something distracted me. Plus videos helps me better decypher who is talking (not that i can't tell who is talking) , but its just easier for my brain to immerse , anyway keep it up

Also, and this is a little embarrassing and probably just a me problem, but I mirror the level of anxiety of the guest who is on. If they sounds anxious, I get anxious lol.

I don't mean to be annoying, but I think I prefer the old format. I think there is something about you guys kinda "figuring out" the situation that is cool and leads to better, more general advice.
