Speaking of underpaying editors. I saw the youtuber PrestonPlayz, he has 13M on one channel, and he wanted to pay someone 30-40k/year to edit for his family of channels, like ~4 channels. the underpaying is insane for that work.

In regards to the main ep Stan convo. I think the term Stan has been watered down quite a bit and is meant to represent intense/extreme die hard fans but now is used much more loosely
