I was having a similar problem recently, if you haven’t been receiving any emails from Patreon generally like I had been check on your yard subscription email receipt and see if there might be a typo in your email address for the Patreon account. I missed the last merch drop early access because all of my emails had been going to x@icoud.com (took ages for me to actually see the typo also, shout out to Patreon support)
