The only thing I hate about this Vimeo+Patreon videos situation is that I can't have the video in PiP, so I cant see the podcast while working :(

It's the easiest way to upload videos to patreon without them being shared, with yt you can't do private without adding everyone's google accounts, and unlisted the link can just be shared freely. Vimeo has some deal with patreon where it's the only way to stream a video embedded in patreon, and the link can't be shared. Source: used to run a patreon for a content creator
